Error codes are controller-specific
Codes such as E01, E07, H01 and RST are not universal across standing desks or powered furniture. The same text can mean different things on different control systems.
Start with the label, not the code
Find the control-box or handset model first. Once KUVEV has verified error-code documentation for that exact family, the code can be interpreted safely in context.
Until then, do not apply a reset sequence copied from a different controller just because the display looks similar.
Safe first checks
- Stop movement if anything is binding or overloaded.
- Disconnect mains power before inspecting plugs or labels.
- Do not open power supplies or control boxes.
- Use the manufacturer’s procedure for your exact system.
